The winning company will be chosen by Will Easton, head of small business, Google Australia and New Zealand and Mark Revington, Editor of Unlimited.
We're not necessarily looking for the biggest brightest star in the NZ firmament. We want to find a Kiwi company that would really benefit from a Google makeover so we need a few details to help us make the decision. Basic information like what your company does and what you hope to achieve from your website.

Terms and Conditions: The prize draw is open to New Zealand residents only. Businesses entered must have a website and fewer than 50 employees. The winner will be judged by Mark Revington, editor of Unlimited, and Will Easton, head of small business, Google Australia and New Zealand. The competition promoter is Unlimited Magazine.
The prize consists of return flights for two to Sydney, Australia, with one night’s accommodation in Sydney, a full day workshop with Google’s experts and a $500 Google Adwords voucher to be used for your business. The competition closes on Friday, 6 August 2010. The winner will be chosen by Friday 20 August 2010 and will be notified by phone and/or email.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. Employees of Fairfax Media and their immediate families are not permitted to enter. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize. The prize must be taken by 26 November 2010.
All eligible entrants will receive a $50 NZD AdWords voucher, valid until 31 October 2010. By entering, entrants agree to have their name and email address provided to Google for delivery of this voucher in accordance with Google's conditions and policies. Additional information provided as part of the entry criteria will be shared with Mark Revington and Will Easton for the purpose of judging, but will not be retained on file following the completion of the selection process.
